To be eligible for reduced rates you must be a student, from a single-parent household, a low-income household, or receive benefits. To qualify for these services, clients must present two of the following as evidence:

• Valid Student ID Card
• University Enrolment Letter
• P60 or P45
• Benefits Award Letter (i.e. Income support, ESA, PIP, JSA etc.)
• Universal Credit Statement
